Terms & Conditions

This section is laid out in three parts: Disclaimer, Terms & Conditions, Guest Responsibilities

Disclaimer

All persons staying on the site use the facilities provided entirely at their own risk. Weavers Yurt, nor the owners shall be held responsible or liable for any loss or damage suffered by you or members of your party.

Throughout your booking, please be aware that when at Weavers Yurt you are responsible for the health, well being, behaviour and whereabouts of anyone under your care & within your group.

Terms & Conditions

The named person who makes the booking must be one of the guests who stays. She or he must be over 18 years old. This person is responsible for making sure that the terms of booking are adhered to.

The yurt has a maximum occupancy number, which you must stick to, unless otherwise agreed with us in advance.

Any booking of three or more people of the same sex will need the owners’ agreement before a booking is made (unless they are members of the same family, but from different generations).

We reserve the right to refuse a booking, but of course treat everyone equally and fairly.

The property is let strictly for holiday use only and no ‘right to remain’ exist for the guest or anyone in the party.

Force majeure

Weavers Yurt or the Owner cannot be held liable for refunds or expenses you incur in the event we are prevented from fulfilling your booking as a result of circumstances beyond our control. Such circumstances shall include (but not be limited to) war, terrorism, riots or civil unrest, industrial action, flooding, natural disaster, epidemics, health risks or such similar events (“Force Majure”).

We strongly recommend that you have holiday insurance. Your insurance should cover all risks including cancellation, accident, breakdown, loss or damage to personal property.

Non-availability

In the event that the booking you have made becomes unavailable for reasons within our control, we will make every reasonable effort to arrange suitable alternative accommodation. If this is not possible, or is not acceptable to you, all rental monies paid in advance will be refunded in full and you will have no further claim against Weavers Yurt, or the owner of the property.

Damages

Our guests tend to be careful and we appreciate this very much. Sometimes accidents happen, and we ask that you let us know about any accidental breakages straight away (by phone, text or email) so that we can arrange repairs/replacements before the next guests arrive. Please don’t try to fix things yourselves, we’d rather know, and deal with things later.

A specific area to be aware of is the Macerating Toilet – more details below

The Yurt & Facility Descriptions

We make every effort to describe the yurt and facilities as accurately as possible, and to keep information up-to-date. Standards

We take pride in our accommodation, and maintain facilities to a high standard, however sometimes things do break down or malfunction. Please let us know straight away (by phone, text, email) if something isn’t working, and we will make every effort to sort it out straight away.
